We’re a locally-owned hostel tucked between the lush green hills of Ella, a popular destination known for its tea plantations, mountains, and waterfalls. Our space is built with love using recycled materials—including train tracks and old roof tiles—to minimize environmental impact and live in harmony with nature.

Since opening in March 2023, we’ve grown into a vibrant space run by a passionate team of 13 friendly locals who speak English and love working alongside volunteers. Our team feels more like a family, and we welcome volunteers into that same spirit.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for volunteers to help us in areas such as:

• Supporting daily hostel operations (check-ins, room arrangements, maintenance)

• Promoting the hostel online (photos, social media, SEO)

• Sharing skills like art, design, yoga, or languages

We’re especially keen to host a yoga teacher who loves leading small sessions for guests!

What You’ll Get:

• Accommodation in our comfortable hostel with stunning mountain views

• Two meals daily (Western breakfast + home-cooked Sri Lankan dinner)
