🌊 Volunteer at our nice Hostel in Mirissa, Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

We’re located in the vibrant beach town of Mirissa, on the southern coast of Sri Lanka—famous for its stunning beaches, whale watching, surf spots, and laid-back atmosphere. Our hostel combines modern design with relaxed island vibes, offering spacious, stylish, and ultra-comfortable accommodation.
🏡 Our Story
After leaving a career in finance and traveling the world for 18 months, I found my way to Sri Lanka to create the kind of hostel I always dreamed of staying in—authentic, comfortable, and full of great energy. My goal is to offer every guest a memorable experience through honest advice, warm hospitality, and quality service that exceeds expectations.
👥 Our Team & Volunteer Philosophy
We have a core team of 6–8 amazing local staff members who manage everything from guest services to cooking, cleaning, accounting, and daily operations.
Our volunteer program is designed to complement the local team—not replace them. Volunteers help fill skill gaps, contribute to meaningful projects, and experience Sri Lankan life and culture from an insider’s perspective.
We accept a maximum of two volunteers at a time, ensuring a personalized and enriching exchange.
